I am a passionate web designer and video creator with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. With over 20 years of experience in the video production and web design industries, I combine creative flair with technical expertise to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.

I started out in web design back around the start of the millennium, using HTML and CSS to structure websites. I am mostly self taught, but back then gained the Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW) – Site Designer qualification along with getting a Distinction with a City and Guilds (Managing and Designing Web Sites). 

In 2006 life took me in a different direction away from self employment and when I returned to business in 2010 I dived into the world of video production as a part time video editor and videographer for a local wedding photographer. I loved being part of this and particularly enjoyed filming live events and eventually decided to start my own wedding videography business, going under the name Alpha Video. 

Before getting into the whole world of creative media, I had a career in social work! I graduated back in the 90s from the University of Kent with an MA in Social Work. My specific area was in mental health and homelessness. This gave me a keen empathy for people and an awareness of the range of disabilities that affect everyday life. This has given me a genuine passion to make each website accessible as best as I can.
